PASQUALE RESCIGNO
• BIOGRAPHY
Pasquale Rescigno was born in Milan on 06/12/1999.
At the age of 3, due to a malign retinal tumor, he lost his right eye. His handicap led him to develop great interest and involvement in photografic language and social issues regarding this theme.
In his teenage years this interest evolved into a deeper visual research and strive for a personal expression.
Formed by the internationally praised photoreporter Valerio Bispuri, his main focus are social issues, putting particular care in the emotional closeness to the lives and personalities of the pictured subjects.
Now based in Paris takes part in course in collaboration with magnum in speos photography school.

-  Pictures of the year (POY) 2022 award daily life story finalist winner, with my long term project “Tell me what you see” about the emotional and sensorial vision of blind people in Buenos Aires ,Argentina.
